Money Back Guarantee Fair, Clear, and Evidence-Based
We aim to resolve eligible concerns through responsive support, corrections, revisions, replacement, partial refunds, or full refunds where the verified circumstances justify that outcome.
- Fair case review
- Revision support first
- Full and partial remedies
- Confidential evidence handling
The review compares the delivery with the requirements confirmed before work began.
Specific instructions, affected passages, files, reports, and feedback support a faster review.
Revision, replacement, partial refund, or full refund is selected to match the verified issue.
The policy does not remove legal rights that cannot be excluded or restricted.
When a Refund Review May Be Appropriate
The following examples summarize common review categories. They do not replace the complete eligibility conditions and exclusions below.
Confirmed non-delivery
No usable deliverable is supplied, no acceptable alternative is agreed, and the failure is attributable to MyHomeworkPro.
Major instruction mismatch
The delivery materially fails the original confirmed requirements and the issue remains unresolved after reasonable correction support.
Duplicate payment
The same valid order is charged more than once and the additional transaction has not already been reversed.
Unavailable service
Payment is accepted but the agreed service cannot be supplied and no acceptable replacement or revised arrangement is provided.
Unresolved quality issue
A specific, objective, and material problem remains after an eligible revision, correction, or replacement opportunity.
Partially affected order
A partial refund may be appropriate where only an identifiable portion of a multi-part order is incomplete or defective.

Read the complete sections below before submitting a request. The policy applies to eligible paid orders purchased through an authorized MyHomeworkPro channel.
Purpose and Status of This Guarantee
How this policy protects customers and fits with the Terms.
This Money Back Guarantee explains when MyHomeworkPro, operated by Espos LLC, may approve a full refund, partial refund, account credit, revision, correction, replacement, or another fair resolution for an eligible order concern.
This Guarantee forms part of the agreement between MyHomeworkPro and the customer. It should be read together with the confirmed order requirements, quotation, invoice, written support communications, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
A refund is not automatic merely because a request is submitted. Each case is reviewed using the original confirmed instructions, delivery status, work already completed, customer cooperation, supporting evidence, and applicable consumer law.
This policy provides defined review rights while allowing the support team to select the resolution that fairly matches the verified issue.
What the Guarantee Covers
Orders and payments that may be considered under this policy.
This Guarantee generally applies to paid MyHomeworkPro services purchased directly through an authorized website checkout, invoice, or payment link and linked to an identifiable order or customer account.
- academic tutoring, coaching, research guidance, editing, proofreading, formatting, and writing-support services;
- data-analysis, presentation, publication-support, and related professional services described in the confirmed order;
- payments successfully received and traceable to the relevant order; and
- eligible concerns reported through an approved support channel with sufficient details and evidence.
Services purchased through an independent reseller, affiliate, marketplace, or third-party provider may be governed by that provider’s refund process unless MyHomeworkPro expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Customer Requirements Before Work Begins
Why accurate instructions are essential to refund eligibility.
The customer must provide complete, accurate, lawful, and usable instructions before work begins. The review will normally use the materials available when the scope, price, and deadline were confirmed.
- project type, academic or professional level, topic, question, and objective;
- required length, structure, formatting style, sources, rubric, and assessment criteria;
- deadline, time zone, software, file format, and any special technical requirements;
- all necessary files, data, feedback, templates, examples, and access permissions; and
- any institutional, publisher, employer, or professional rules relevant to the requested support.
Requirements added after work begins may be treated as a scope change rather than evidence that the original service was defective.
When a Full Refund May Be Approved
Situations that can justify returning the full eligible payment.
A full refund may be approved when the evidence confirms one of the following:
- Duplicate payment: the same valid order was charged more than once and the duplicate amount has not already been reversed.
- No service started: the customer cancels before work begins and before non-recoverable costs are incurred, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.
- Confirmed non-delivery: no usable deliverable is provided, no reasonable replacement or extension is accepted, and the failure is attributable to MyHomeworkPro.
- Unavailable service: MyHomeworkPro accepts payment but later confirms that it cannot provide the agreed service and no acceptable alternative is supplied.
- Fundamental unresolved mismatch: the delivered work materially fails the original confirmed requirements and the issue remains unresolved after a reasonable revision or replacement opportunity.
- Verified serious originality breach: substantial unattributed copying attributable to the supplied work is verified and cannot be reasonably corrected.
A full refund is limited to the eligible amount actually paid for the affected order or affected service component. Promotional value, expired discounts, unrelated orders, and third-party charges are not converted into cash unless required by law.
When a Partial Refund May Be Approved
How refunds are calculated when only part of an order is affected.
A partial refund may be the fair resolution when part of the agreed service was completed correctly, delivered on time, accepted, used, or remains valuable, while another identifiable part is incomplete or materially defective.
The review may consider:
- the proportion of completed pages, sections, slides, datasets, analyses, or milestones;
- the value of research, planning, consultation, editing, formatting, or specialist time already supplied;
- whether the affected issue is isolated or affects the entire deliverable;
- the extent to which an eligible revision, correction, or replacement has resolved the concern;
- customer use, submission, publication, distribution, approval, or other benefit obtained from the work; and
- non-recoverable third-party costs expressly approved as part of the order.
The refund amount should correspond to the verified portion that was not supplied or could not be brought into line with the confirmed scope.
Revision Support Normally Comes First
When corrections are the fastest and fairest remedy.
Where an eligible concern can reasonably be corrected, MyHomeworkPro may offer a free revision, clarification, replacement section, corrected file, or technical fix before deciding whether a refund is appropriate.
An eligible revision request should:
- identify the exact original instruction that was not followed;
- identify the affected page, section, calculation, citation, file, or deliverable;
- state the specific correction required without adding a new scope; and
- include relevant feedback, screenshots, rubric comments, or supporting files where available.
Revision support does not require the customer to accept endless attempts. If a material eligible issue remains after a reasonable correction opportunity, the case may proceed to partial- or full-refund review.
Non-Delivery and Deadline Concerns
How missed delivery claims are evaluated.
A deadline concern is reviewed against the date, time, time zone, deliverables, and dependencies confirmed for the order. A late delivery does not automatically create a full-refund right where the delay is minor, accepted by the customer, caused by a requested change, or caused by missing information outside MyHomeworkPro’s control.
A refund or partial refund may be considered where:
- the agreed deadline was materially missed for reasons attributable to MyHomeworkPro;
- the customer did not accept a revised deadline;
- the late delivery substantially defeated the documented purpose of the order; and
- the customer promptly reported the problem and did not materially use the late work.
Delays caused by late customer replies, missing files, inaccessible systems, changed requirements, force-majeure events, or third-party outages are assessed separately and may reduce or remove refund eligibility.
Quality and Instruction-Mismatch Claims
What evidence is needed to show that work did not meet the agreed scope.
A quality claim must identify an objective, material difference between the delivered work and the original confirmed requirements. General dissatisfaction or a statement that the customer “does not like” the work is not enough by itself.
Relevant evidence may include:
- the original order instructions, rubric, approved outline, and required source list;
- specific examples of factual errors, missing sections, incorrect calculations, or formatting failures;
- dated institutional or supervisor feedback that relates directly to the original scope;
- screenshots, similarity reports, software outputs, or file properties that can be independently reviewed; and
- a comparison showing why the concern is material rather than stylistic or minor.
MyHomeworkPro may request editable files, original reports, or permission to inspect relevant metadata where reasonably necessary to verify a claim.
Originality, Similarity, and AI-Detection Claims
Important limitations of automated reports and how evidence is assessed.
Originality concerns are reviewed carefully, but similarity percentages and AI-writing scores do not prove misconduct or service failure on their own. Automated tools can produce different results across platforms, dates, settings, databases, and file versions.
- proper quotations, references, titles, common phrases, templates, technical wording, and required question text may create legitimate similarity;
- customer-provided or customer-added text is excluded from claims against MyHomeworkPro;
- reports must identify the exact matching passages and sources, not only a headline percentage;
- AI-detection classifications are probabilistic and no fixed score or “human” classification is guaranteed; and
- the first remedy may be citation correction, rewriting, clarification, or another reasonable revision.
MyHomeworkPro cannot guarantee how Turnitin, an AI detector, a similarity database, a publisher, an institution, or any other external system will classify a file.
Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify
Common exclusions from full- or partial-refund eligibility.
Unless required by applicable law, a refund will normally not be approved where the concern results primarily from:
- a change of mind, changed topic, changed instructions, expanded scope, or decision that the service is no longer needed;
- instructions, files, data, feedback, or requirements supplied after work began or after delivery;
- late or missing customer communication, inaccessible accounts, or failure to provide required approvals;
- subjective style preferences that do not conflict with the confirmed requirements;
- a grade, mark, admission, publication, employment, funding, or other third-party outcome;
- customer edits, deletion, combination, translation, conversion, misuse, or corruption of the delivered files;
- use of the work contrary to the Terms, institutional rules, law, or professional obligations;
- technical incompatibility not disclosed before the order was confirmed;
- free samples, complimentary services, promotional bonuses, expired credits, or amounts not actually paid; or
- a claim that cannot be reasonably verified because essential evidence has been withheld, altered, or destroyed.
Downloading a file solely to inspect it does not automatically remove refund rights. However, substantial use, submission, publication, approval, resale, or benefit from a deliverable may be considered when determining an appropriate remedy.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
How completed work and committed resources affect the available refund.
A customer may ask to cancel an order at any time, but the refundable amount depends on the stage reached when support receives and verifies the cancellation request.
- Before work begins: the eligible payment may be refundable, subject to non-recoverable costs and applicable law.
- After planning or research begins: the refund may be reduced by the reasonable value of work completed and costs incurred.
- After partial delivery: only the uncompleted or eligible affected portion may be refundable.
- After full delivery: cancellation alone does not create a refund right; the customer must identify an eligible delivery or quality concern.
Sending a cancellation request does not by itself stop work. Cancellation becomes effective when MyHomeworkPro confirms receipt and the applicable order status.
How to Submit a Refund Request
The information needed for an efficient and fair review.
Submit the request promptly through the Contact Us page or by emailing support@myhomeworkpro.com. Use the subject line “Refund Review – Order [number]” where possible.
Include:
- the customer name and email address associated with the order;
- the order or invoice number and affected service;
- the exact resolution requested: revision, correction, replacement, partial refund, or full refund;
- a concise description of each issue and the original instruction it relates to;
- the relevant files, reports, screenshots, feedback, or supporting evidence; and
- confirmation of whether the deliverable has been submitted, published, shared, sold, or otherwise used.
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, private account credentials, or unrelated sensitive personal data.
Review Time and Customer Cooperation
What happens after a complete request is received.
Support will acknowledge the request and may ask for clarification, files, or a revision opportunity. A decision can only be made after the material information needed to assess the claim has been received.
Complete cases are normally reviewed within seven business days. Complex cases, specialist verification, third-party payment checks, high-volume periods, or delayed customer responses may require additional time. Any stated timeframe is an operational target rather than a waiver of rights or an automatic approval.
- respond to reasonable questions and provide unaltered supporting evidence;
- allow a reasonable opportunity for eligible revision or verification;
- avoid submitting duplicate claims through multiple channels; and
- notify support immediately if the issue is resolved or the requested remedy changes.
A case may be closed without approval if the customer does not provide requested information within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.
Refund Decisions and Available Remedies
How the support team communicates and applies the outcome.
After review, MyHomeworkPro may approve, partly approve, or decline the request and will communicate the principal reason and available resolution.
Possible outcomes include:
- free revision, correction, clarification, or replacement;
- an adjusted delivery plan accepted by the customer;
- partial refund for the verified affected portion;
- full refund of the eligible payment for the affected order;
- account credit or discount, but only where accepted by the customer and permitted by law; or
- decline of the request where the evidence does not establish eligibility.
Acceptance of a refund or settlement may resolve the affected claim to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable consumer rights.
Refund Method and Processing
Where approved funds are sent and how long financial institutions may take.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. MyHomeworkPro may require identity or payment verification before processing a refund to prevent fraud, duplicate reimbursement, or payment-routing errors.
- refunds are issued in the original transaction currency where technically possible;
- bank, card-network, wallet, gateway, and currency-conversion fees or rate differences may be outside MyHomeworkPro’s control;
- after MyHomeworkPro processes an approved refund, the financial provider may take additional business days to display it;
- cash, cryptocurrency, or payment to an unrelated third party will not normally be offered for a card or wallet transaction; and
- where the original route is unavailable, support may request a lawful alternative with appropriate verification.
A refund confirmation does not mean the receiving bank has posted the funds. Customers should contact their payment provider using the transaction reference if the normal processing period has passed.
Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraud
Why customers should use the support process before escalating externally.
Customers should contact MyHomeworkPro before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so the issue can be investigated and, where eligible, resolved directly.
If a chargeback is opened, MyHomeworkPro may pause the internal refund process, suspend the affected account or order, and provide the payment provider with relevant evidence, including the order confirmation, instructions, communications, delivery records, download records, revision history, and refund-review correspondence.
A knowingly false, duplicate, or misleading payment dispute may lead to service suspension and recovery action permitted by law.
Nothing in this clause prevents a customer from exercising lawful rights through a card issuer, payment provider, regulator, consumer body, or court.
Relationship With Consumer Law
How mandatory legal rights interact with this policy.
This Guarantee is intended to provide contractual protections in addition to any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law. It does not exclude, restrict, or replace rights that cannot legally be limited.
Digital and customized services may be subject to special cancellation rules, performance-consent requirements, or statutory remedies depending on the customer’s location. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.
Customers who believe a mandatory right applies should identify their country or state and the relevant concern when contacting support so the request can be reviewed appropriately.
Policy Changes and Contact Information
How updates apply and where customers can ask questions.
MyHomeworkPro may update this Money Back Guarantee to reflect changes in services, payment methods, operational processes, legal requirements, or risk controls. The updated version will display a revised effective date.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when the order was confirmed will normally govern that order. A later version may apply where the customer expressly accepts it or where the change is legally required.
Three Principles Behind Every Refund Decision
The objective is to resolve genuine concerns without promising outcomes that are outside the confirmed order or MyHomeworkPro’s control.
Compare like with like
The delivered work is compared with the instructions, files, scope, and deadline confirmed before work began—not with later additions or changed preferences.
Fix what can be fixed
Where a concern is reasonably correctable, revision, clarification, replacement, or technical correction is normally considered before financial reimbursement.
Match remedy to impact
A full refund is reserved for a fully affected eligible service. Partial issues normally receive a proportionate correction, credit, or partial refund.
Money Back Guarantee Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about eligibility, evidence, revisions, processing, and refund decisions.
Does every order qualify for a refund?
No. Every request is reviewed case by case using the original confirmed instructions, delivery status, work completed, customer cooperation, evidence, and applicable consumer law.
Should I request a revision before asking for a refund?
Usually, yes. Where an eligible issue can reasonably be corrected, revision or replacement support is normally the fastest first remedy. A refund may still be considered if a material concern remains unresolved.
What evidence should I submit?
Provide the order number, original instructions, the exact affected sections, a clear explanation, and relevant files, feedback, screenshots, similarity reports, or other evidence that can be independently reviewed.
Can I receive a refund after changing my instructions?
A change of instructions normally creates a new or expanded scope rather than proving that the original service was defective. Any refund review will compare the delivery with the requirements confirmed before work began.
Does a low grade automatically qualify for a refund?
No. Grades and institutional decisions are controlled by third parties. A request must identify a material failure to meet the original confirmed instructions rather than relying only on the final grade.
Does downloading the file remove my refund rights?
No. Downloading solely to inspect a file does not automatically remove eligibility. However, submission, publication, resale, approval, substantial use, or other benefit may be relevant when selecting a proportionate remedy.
Are AI-detection or similarity scores guaranteed?
No. Third-party detection tools are probabilistic and may produce different results. Reports are reviewed using the identified passages, sources, settings, and file version rather than a headline score alone.
How long does a refund review take?
Complete cases are normally reviewed within seven business days, although complex verification, payment checks, high-volume periods, or delayed customer responses may require more time.
